Sellers Disclosure statements are a start to knowing about the home being purchased.

There are other services that provide insight to the home’s condition.

Choicetrust.com is a source of information of reported insurance claims.  This report costs $19.50 per address.  Give our office the opportunity to earn your business and we will provide a like report at no cost.

Have you narrowed the list of potential homes to make offers on?  Need more information prior to making the final choice?

Request a quote on each home and we will include an Insurance data base loss report with each quote.  (note: we can only report on data reported to the national insurance loss database and those losses in our carrier’s databases.  Some insurance companies may not report to these databases and all losses are not necessarily reported.)

What can you expect to find?  A recent report found a $7,000.00+- fire loss on a home from a prior owner (not the seller).  The seller’s disclosure missed the issue.  The purchaser brought the loss to the inspector’s attention which helped guide the inspector to look for any residual damage.
